I know this is pretty much the same card as the previous video but I needed to make 2 cards to send off.  I'm working on editing my next video which is a baby shower card.

Sweet Caroline. No joke! 

Early spring and now.

             My first time planting gladiolus! I wasn't expecting them to grow so tall. I will harvest the bulbs in the Fall and replant them in a better spot in the flower bed next year.. right now because of the lack of symmetry, the flower bed looks messy.

                                                                                                                                                                          That's gardening process right? You learn, learn, learn. You're always learning.

Dahlias have quickly become my favorite flower along side Peonies. I love large round full petaled flowers. I've had such great luck planting them this year at my first attempt.  I have 2 bushes growing in big flower pots in my back patio and 2 large stalks up front.

 

                                                                                                                                                                                             My Hostas and Vincas are filling up the side of the house quite nicely too. The rabbits have been eating the flowers here and there but what can you do right? I've been told to get a rabbit spray for the flowers but I haven't gotten around to it.

                                                                                                                                                                      This gardening stuff is really addicting! I can't wait til the landscapper finishes up the back area this weekend so I can plant more!

I should be getting ready to head out but I thought I'd share..

Sorry for the lack of updates but I will get to that as soon as I'm able.  Lately, it's been easier to get crafty to release stress or tension (or to just have some me time) than to speak or write.

I've been watching too many You Tube videos, seriously.  I geeked out and attempted to make my first video. It's not the best but it's something I put together in an hour using Windows Movie Maker.. not too shabby for someone with zero windows movie making skillz. lol.

I need a better cam angle too.

The card I made was very very plain and simple. I didn't want to overachieve at my first try, yaknow?
